Broken layout when accepting to reload servers in domain mode

      • Download WildFly 10 master from JBoss Jenkins (this bug was introduced in 2.8.14 or 2.8.15). I downloaded this build: https://ci.jboss.org/hudson/job/WildFly-latest-master/2103/
      • Start it in domain mode
      • Start some server and modify an attribute that requires reloading. For example, enable Development mode in Weld subsystem.
      • An alert advertises you a configuration reload is required. Click on "Reload servers(s) now!"
      • Runtime page layout is broken

      The user is encouraged to reload configuration. This box redirects you to the runtime page, but whith a broken layout. You have to refresh the page (control+f5) to get it working again.
