It seems drag and drop or selecting the file option in web console doesn't work with IE when we try to apply patches. I tried with my Windows 10 in IE 
Internet Explorer 11.737.17763.0 Update Version 11.0.145.
and a couple VMs for testing, not sure if this applies to all IE versions. 

No logs are shown, the only message seen is that when we use drag-and-drop the file do shows in screen but then it shows: "No patch file specified. Please select a file patch to uploadddddd"

Could this be some incompatibility with IE?
