Not all pages call the scrollToTop function on mounting, so their scroll position can be affected by scrolling of other pages. See attached video showing Overview screen.

Success Criteria:

1. After loading the Overview page, switching to the Clusters page, scrolling down, then switching back to Overview, overview should be scrolled to the top
2. Other switches between pages should act similarly, with content scrolled to the top
3. No other visual layout changes are expected. Watch for any issues with content height being changed, extra scrollbars, etc.
4. When resizing window and header height changes (search bar changes position), main content of pages is not affected.
