Goal

Develop a common test and deployment framework that HAC components share. We need to look at how CI/CD is enabled for other tenants and set this up for the HAC repos. We should consider if there are any special considerations to test in CI with KCP.

Why is it important?

When running a managed service, automated tests are critical to ensure quality, and of course we need a way to deploy and upgrade our service.

Acceptance criteria

1. Setup a CI/CD automation system to run tests
2. Detail out how to deploy a dynamic plugin
