User story:

 As a developer, I want a tab-like component that allows the user to switch between different sets of directions or steps to be used inside a single step of a wizard or set to directions.

Acceptance criteria:

• Behaves like a tab set including correct use of keys for navigation
• Allows two or more "tabs" or options
• When a user selects an option (or tab) content specific to that option is shown.
