A missing space in hosted control plane card description under the control type step of wizard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch OCM in staging.
2. Login with a HYPERSHIFT_WIZARD_FEATURE enabled user. 
3. Start ROSA Cluster Wizard > reach to control plane step.
4. Compare the text and alignment of control plane cards vs design doc.

Actual results:

A missing space in hosted control plane card description under the control type step of wizard. 

Expected results:

Text and alignments from the cards should be appropriate and should match design doc.
