Description
Using OSD Wizard v2, User has created an OSD CCS cluster with custom VPC and cluster-wide proxy settings. In the Cluster-wide proxy section, the user  has provided http proxy value along with no proxy domain value. Once the user went to the "Review and create" page, No proxy domain information was missing under the Networking section.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/create/osd?features= {"osd-wizard-v2":"true"}
2. Choose an OSD CCS cluster with GCP cloud options.
3. Click "Next" and reach "Networking" > "Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)".
4. Enable Install into an existing VPC & Configure a cluster-wide proxy
5. Provide values to http proxy and no proxy domain fields
6. Click "Next" and reach the "Review and create" page.
7. View the "No proxy domain" definition under "Networking"

Actual results:
No proxy domain definition is missing under "Networking" section from "Review and create" page. 

Expected results:

No proxy domain field values should show under "Networking" section from "Review and create" page.
