[OSD Wizard v2] Full regression testing of OSD v2 Wizard

      Over the last couple of months OCM, (well jpuzzo@redhat.com really ), has created a new, v2, OSD Wizard.  This new wizard has the following enhancements:

      • Uses latest PatternFly Wizard's v2 framework
      • The OSD form's field state management library has been changed from depriciated `react-form` to a well known 3rd party library  'formik'.   
      • Wizard has been converted from Javascript to Typescript

      The entire OSD v2 wizard needs to be throughouly regression tested from creating various clusters, to individual field form validations.  The new OSD v2 wizard will also serve as the basis for migrating the Rosa wizard, as well as the new, upcomming Hypreshift and ARO wizards.

      Once QE approves this story, we will remove the feature flag and promote the new OSD v2 wizard to production.
