User story:

The Hypershift work will make the current ROSA wizard components more complex and may introduce new wizard components.  As a developer, I want to know if it is feasible to convert the current ROSA wizard components to the new PatternFly wizard and Formik or is that work better done after the Hypershift work.

Acceptance criteria:

• Description of the scope of work needed to convert the ROSA wizard
• Recommendation of converting the current ROSA wizard before or after the Hypershift work
• If converting before Hypershift is the recommendation, the creation of Jira stories (and possibly a new Epic).
