      With the launch of the ROSA wizard, we replaced the CLI instructions page with the ROSA wizard. However, the inherent complexity of the ROSA wizard (the need for account linking and creating ocm and user roles) has resulted in a higher than expected drop-off in cluster installation requests. Additionally, we see a huge drop-off in conversion rates at the account linking step of the wizard. In order to address these issues in the short term, we need to bring back the CLI instructions page as a first-class option for installing ROSA clusters. This will require some UXD work by Shiri and Thi.
