      Provide READ/WRITE on an additional cluster-wide configuration field, "No Proxy domains". The existing proxy API was expanded to support the no_proxy field in SDA-5565. This field should be an optional field asked during cluster-wide proxy configuration. It should also be shown as a read-only field on the networking tab if provided.

       

      no_proxy fields need to be added to OSD and Rosa wizards, as well as after cluster creation in the Cluser Details -> Networking tab & 'Edit Cluster wide proxy' dialog.
