HAC Infra - Sprint 219
The account roles in dropdowns in the ROSA wizards shows the ARNs but does not highlight the OpenShift version. The OpenShift version is important because the roles created are not expected to be forward compatible with OpenShift vesions. If a role was creaeted for OpenShift version 4.9.x then it cannot be used with 4.10+.
The reverse is allowed and roles are expected to be backwards compatible. The roles created for OpenShift version 4.10 can be used with provisioning a ROSA cluster of 4.9 or earlier.
Ideally, we should validate that the version of the cluster being installed is equal to or lower than the version of the account role being used.
In the very least, we should at least show the version of the account role so that users can make sure to pick the correct roles for the version of the cluster they are about to provision. In this case, there should be a warning message informing the user that the account role should be greater than or equal to the OpenShift version that the user is trying to install.
