in the cluster version select, clicking on a disabled select option will revert the current selection to the default one.

steps to reproduce

1. log in to the OCM UI
2. navigate to cluster list / create cluster / create ROSA cluster
3. in the wizard, navigate to cluster settings / details (fulfill the required steps)
4. open the version dropdown, and select a valid version (that's not disabled)
5. open the dropdown again, and click on a disabled version

expected result

the version selection persists

actual result

the selection reverts to the field's initial state (before any interaction)
