Acceptance Criteria

• A "Deployment history" link in the Overview tab that takes you to filtered deployment (by environment) tab
• Make GitOpsDetailsPage and associated components compliant to the mocks provided by UX (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Peh17eBJnaMLDr-BPIGvImsRGOmrzO3Y2vKTXJmsJCY/edit)
• This work should be done in the same PR as the work done in GITOPS-884

This work is dependent upon GITOPS-992, GITOPS-1890.
