As a developer trying to use Multiple Sources Application feature I want to be able to rollback my application

Upstream PR https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/pull/14124 exists. We need to review and/or take over and merge it to upstream repo

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• User should be able to rollback the application to a previous state via CLI successfully

Done Checklist

• Code is completed, reviewed, documented and checked in
• Unit and integration test automation have been delivered and running cleanly in continuous integration/staging/canary environment
• Continuous Delivery pipeline(s) is able to proceed with new code included
• Customer facing documentation, API docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
• Acceptance criteria are met
