Description of problem: ApplicationSet Controller status is not reported in the Argo CD CR status section

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch operator
2. Create Argo CD instance
3. Enable applicationset
4. See that appset controller status is not reported in `.spec.status`

Actual results: `.spec.status` doesn't reflect appset controller status

Expected results: 

`.spec.status` should reflect appset controller status

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
