As a user of the Operator, I want to be able to identify the current reconciliation status of the applicationset-controller for my ArgoCD instance, by looking at the Operand.

Acceptance criteria:

• Status of the applicationset-controller is exposed in the .status field of the Operand
• Since applicationset-controller can be disabled, this needs to be considered in the values for status
• Behavior should be similar to server, repo-server and application-controller
