The dynamic plugin SDK has matured a lot and will soon GA. As per recommendations, we took a break from working on this to focus on other items, but now we should now revisit this.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Get familiar with the new APIs in the dynamic SDK
• Get set up with the latest development environment
• Create a repo in the redhat-developer repository, and populate it with our initial dynamic plugin content (Don't use the one in keithchong's branch)
  • Note that the app list and details pages do not have to completely work, since they will be done in separate stories. The app list page can show at least the title in the same style.
  • The package.json should be updated
