As an user, I want have a quick overview of all of my applications that are deployed by argocd in multiple environments.  It should be clean "card" layout and I can drill down to the details of each deployments.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement the Details Overview page as the mocks provided by UX.
• Details on display including:
  • app name
  • gitops repo url
  • argocd cluster  url
  • commit details: sha, author by, commit message,
  • sync status
  • argocd app link
  • resources: tbd

Update 2022/04/27: The above acceptance criteria have been completed in an earlier story.  The remaining acceptance criteria are:

• Add tab support and put current overview component/page into the first tab
• The breadcrumb is moved to a more suitable location at the top of the page
• The second tab for Deployment History will be covered by another story, GITOPS-1950
