Create cpaas pipeline artifacts

Create required pipeline artifacts for Gitops v1.5
This includes:

• 1.5 branch for openshift-gitops in cpaas and brew targets

• errata advisories for 1.5 bundle (and KAM?) (https://errata.engineering.redhat.com/)
• updates to product.yml and release.yml in gitlab
• 1.5 branch in midstream gerrit project
