Refactor GitOpsResourcesSection component

As resources all have same content in same format, it is good to abstract each resource line as a child component then iterate in a list of resources to reduce repeated lines in code. 

Acceptance Criteria:

Remove repeated stack items and create a resource status component with passed in resource title and other required parameters.
