Fix the title of the wsdl2rest wizard.

Currently: Camel Rest DSL from WSDL
Should be: Camel REST DSL from WSDL

Also, add a wizard description so it shows up when the wizard is selected. Something to the effect of: “Creates a new Camel configuration file mapping a WSDL-based web service to a REST-based web service.”
