Adapt wsdl2rest utility into tooling-based wizard

      Thomas Diesler has created a cool utility (https://github.com/tdiesler/wsdl2rest) that adapts a SOAP-based web service into a Camel Rest DSL-based project that allows users to use the same code in a RESTful way.

      We should be able to adapt the code into a wizard to jumpstart Rest DSL development of Camel-based projects.
