Provide an indicator when the Camel catalog loaded is not exactly corresponding to project version

      only a log will be provided when https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-fuse/pull/1032 will be merged

      we can imagine:

      • a popup on first load
      • a validation marker on the project
      • a warning on the palette or the diagram
