Camel Editor doesn't work with camel versions without a camel catalog

    Description

      Camel Editor doesn't work with camel versions without a camel catalog, for example FSW 6.0.0 was delivered without a camel catalog (SWITCHYARD-3019).

      I suggest to use some default camel catalog which can be included in the tooling or we can use the first camel-catalog which is 2.15.0.
