remove TP label from Fuse console when monitoring AMQ broker instances

As discussed on the Fuse program call today, we plan to remove the Technology Preview from the Fuse console feature, which allows to monitor AMQ broker instances.
The Fuse 7 doc (here) has a note that this feature is Tech Preview. We should be able to remove that TP note for 7.11.
