      Create a tool that converts Chef cookbooks to Ansible.

       

      The initial focus will be on Chef-to-Ansible conversion, but the tool should be designed to support extensions for converting from Puppet, VMware, or other automation platforms, as well as targeting automation systems beyond Ansible in the future.

       

      While the goal is to eventually provide a generic conversion tool, this should not delay or hinder the development of the Chef-to-Ansible functionality.
