ROS plugin in RHDH working against the MVP

      There are two main acceptance criteria for this issue:

      1. Verifying the that ROS plugin works against cost-onprem.
        1. It would be preferred having RHDH and cost-onprem installed on different clusters
      2. Verify the content shown in RHDH is the same as the one shown in cost-onprem. Discrepancies need to be analyzed and probably follow-up with a bug.
