Currently, some of the images are being pulled from docker.io which lead to rate-limiting issues.

Having images available in Quay.io will over come the limitation.

Acceptance criteria:

• List name of images
• Define process of having the images available on quay.io
• Verify images are allowed to be copied or should they be built by us
• Push the images
• Update the helm chart
• Update docker-compose.overrides.yml
