Setup on-premise container registry and migrate container images.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Deploy Harbor or similar container registry

• [ ] Pull and push all required container images to on-premise registry

• [ ] Update all Kubernetes manifests to reference on-premise registry

• [ ] Configure registry authentication and access policies

• [ ] Setup image scanning and vulnerability management
