In order to simplify the workflows organisation and reduce the maintenance and potential issues, both serverless-workflows and serverless-workflow-examples repos should be merged together into serverless-workflows.

This way serverless-workflows will be our "database" of workflows examples while the orchestrator-demo repo will be our workshop/training repo which a limited set of workflow helping newcomer with the learning curve.

We may want to use the same build script as in the orchestrator-demo repo to build the workflows instead of the current makefile

Link to the doc must be updated in other repo to avoid breaking website navigation
