In order to simplify the workflows organisation and reduce the maintenance and potential issues, both serverless-workflows and serverless-workflows-config repos should be merged together into serverless-workflows.

We may want to use the same build script as in the orchestrator-demo repo to build the workflows instead of the current makefile

This way serverless-workflows will contains the code, the helm chart definition and the doc.

Link to the doc must be updated in other repo to avoid breaking website navigation

The CI/CD may be removed, this is up for discussion based on what we want to check and based on what QE team is testing (as the CI may help catch bugs earlier)
