Description of the problem:

When I select run or rerun for any orchestrator workflow, I get a popup that says "undefined"

How reproducible:

100% (2/2 so far)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy m6 - v1.6.0-rc3 in this case

2. Install a workflow

3. Click on run or rerun for the workflow

Actual results:

undefined popup

Expected results:

Clear error message and/or no popup if no error
