Description of the problem:
After deploying the Form Widget Demo workflow for the first time, there is an "undefined" error popup. It disappears after refreshing the page:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy rhdh 1.6 with 1.6-rc7 plugins, using the forked Helm chart

2. Deploy the workflow

3. In orchestrator tab, click on run for the workflow.

Expected results: No error popup (or more information about the error)
