in order to test retrigger from UI in devmode, we need a simple workflow that doesn't rely on a cluster to be added to https://github.com/rhdhorchestrator/backstage-orchestrator-workflows.
The workflow should potentially fail, and failing node should fail asynchronously.
The retrigger API should return 200.
