      This ticket is tracking the QE verification effort for the solution to the problem described below.
      Currently ovn-ic supports addition of TRP, but those ports always need a defined chassis which makes them local in given AZ and remote elsewhere. We should allow addition of TRPs that are just "local" in every single AZ. In other words cloned to every NB database. This is useful for creating TRPs that are connecting TS and TR.
