      This ticket is tracking the QE verification effort for the solution to the problem described below.
      Compute node deployed with OVS-DPDK has dpdk-intr thread running at 100%

      dpdk_version : "DPDK 24.11.1"
      ovs_version : "3.5.1-19.el9fdp"

      PMD threads appear idle at 1%.
