      Given an OpenShift cluster on Azure using ovn-kubernetes as CNI with a microservice app handling UDP traffic and a load balancer service for incoming UDP traffic, 

      When, the first packet of a new session arrives at the LB service, 

      Then, the packet should not be dropped and the session affinity should be maintained without requiring the learn() action that delays the packet processing.
