Two sections of the AMQ Streams on RHEL documentation are auto-generated:

Monitoring your cluster using JMX

Specifically, everything from the "Producer MBeans" section onwards is auto-generated; the rest was written by Tom and Daniel for the 1.1.0 release.

Appendices A - G, Kafka configuration parameters

All the configuration tables are auto-generated.

All of the above information also applies to Strimzi, so we should autogenerate it in the Strimzi documentation.
