Bundle Prometheus JMX exporter with the Kafka binary ZIP

      Currently, we seem to push JMX for monitoring on RHEL and Prometheus on OCP. Since we anyway need to support the Prometheus JMX exporter for OCP, we should also support it on RHEL and bundle it with the Kafka binaries.
