Allow AMQP open properties to be supplemented from connector configuration

When configuring a connector in Dispatch, it would be useful to have the ability to supplement the properties sent on the AMQP open frame with properties provided by the user. The immediate use case for the feature is to use https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTMQBR-3499.
