For a use case where a single AMQ Broker instance is being shared by many messaging tenants, in order to be able to route temporary queues created by the Broker within the wider network, those queues need to have a predictable prefix prepended to their name.

e.g. <mytenant>_<random queue name>

The prefix needs to be configurable on a per connection basis (via an property of the Open AMQP frame). The system managing the tenancy will organise for a connection per tenant to be made to the Broker, passing this property with the tenant's prefix.
