[AMQ7, Hawtio] - Hawt.io console - Missing ng-grid plugin

      The ng-grid needs the following plugin to automatically resize a table to accomodate a varying number of rows.

      For instance inside the browser.js the following

      $scope.gridOptions = {
                          plugins: [new ngGridFlexibleHeightPlugin()],

      This issue can happen in others table if they show a lot of data.
