      Due to performance issues related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3117 acceptors now require a reload to pick up changes in SSL-related artifact files (e.g. keystores and CRL). This issue would implement an automated reload of the acceptor when the timestamp or other identifying feature of these files is updated.
