Changing NeedClientAuth/WantClientAuth doesn't trigger reconciliation

      Reproduction:

      1) Create CR from "_orig.yaml" file (attached)
      2) Apply CR without "_orig" suffix

      Expected:
      Configuration update happens. Authentication is no longer required for sending/receiveing messages through the acceptor.
      Actual:
      not the case. No change is observed, nothing in logs and pods are not restarted.
