I cloned this issue from ENTMQBR-8362, as I think there should be an banner.txt or version file accessible so that users and support knows which version is using. 

amq-broker-7.10.3/etc/org/apache/activemq/artemis/cli/banner.txt

It would be better if the artemis version would have the Enterprise version. 

There has been two cases that I took asking for the same file in 7.11, and we should introduce this back.
