For AMQ 7.11.1, the unzip folder is apache-artemis-2.28.0.redhat-00004

For AMQ 7.10.3, the unzip folder is amq-broker-7.10.3

Problem 1. The release notes does not described this

Problem 2. The Getting Start Guide still has 7.11.1 

Problem 3. How do we associate 2.28.0.redhat-00004 with 7.11.1? What is the version for 7.11.2? 

Problem 4. /amq-broker-7.10.3/etc/org/apache/activemq/artemis/cli/banner.txt is now gone, and we have customers use this file as the automated script to track the version and now it is gone. The work around is to get this info 
lib/artemis-cli-*.jar org/apache/activemq/artemis/cli/banner.txt  
Problem 5. Why the change? Normally, we don't expect such change for a minor release. The change makes it hard to differentiate between community and enterprise, and harder to determine what version and release they using.
