In Hawtio UI when we create a new address (any routing type), and we create (bound) new queue1 with any RoutingType and then we create another queue bound to this address with (any RT), Hawtio plugin does not throw any exception about such queue already exists.
Whether is it the same queue-name with the same or different RoutingType.

I think hawtio should throw any AddressException with something like "queue with that name already exists".

Tested with mtaylor1@redhat.com, also dlenoch should know about this issue as well.
