No error displayed creating the same queue/topic name

    Description

      We are using HawtIO with A-MQ7 broker, if a management call throws an exception on a jolokia call the console does not show any error.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. ENTESB-6728 Hawtio should throw some kind of an exception when user creates same queue name (with all possible RoutingTypes) and no be silent/without any action
