The exception occurs most frequently when following these steps:
Enable SSL for the container, install 6.1 R2P2, start the container, stop the container, remove the 'data' directory, then restart the container. Again, this is an intermittent issue.

When using Fuse 6.1 R2P2, a "Port Already In Use" exception occurs for port 44444. This "intermittent" exception occurs during the container's startup phase and after three attempts, the container is able to acquire the port and the container runs fine thereafter.

Prior to starting the container, it is verified (via netstat) that the 44444 port is not already taken by another process.

The exception only occurs if SSL is enabled and R2P2 has been installed. So, problem does not manifest itself with a prior patch release or turning off SSL with R2P2.
